Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all US orders. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of purchase. This includes 1–3 business days to process your order and pack it.

Tracking: once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after the label is created.

Bundles: if you order the Shower Set, the mat and the belt may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking.

Delays: if we learn your order can't arrive within the time above, we'll email you with a new estimated date and give you the choice to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.

Lost or late packages: if your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email hello@thetrendypanda.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
