Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your order. If you're not happy, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging. Because these are personal-care shower items, we can't accept returns of items that have been used.

How to start a return: email hello@thetrendypanda.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.

Return shipping: the customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover it, and in most cases you won't need to send it back.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds: once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved), we'll email you and refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is free, so there's no shipping charge to deduct.

Exchanges: the fastest way to get a different color is to return the item you have and place a new order.
